In English, shook is the past tense form of shake. However, on social media, it may be used as a slang term to describe feelings ranging from confusion and fear to rage and elation. People use it when they come to a sudden and unexpected realization.

Example- I heard Ryan and Gina broke up. I’m shook! He had told me they’d get married.
