Content is an integral part of marketing at Exotel. We are looking for a sensible data-driven content marketer to join our growing marketing team. You are our ideal hire if you understand the role of content in growth marketing and sales enablement. You will work with our product team to come up with content that helps us attract, convert and retain the right customers for Exotel.
What you will do?
- Create relevant and compelling content for gated assets and newsletters to help educate, convert and retain customers.
- Work with the product team closely to develop content and collaterals for every product feature updates/ releases.
- Develop user education material for our existing customers to understand our products better.
- Review and proofread product communications sent out to customers.
- Develop content for user onboarding and nurture sequences.
- Present content marketing strategies with respect to product marketing by defining the buyer personas for each industry verticals.
- Assist the marketing team with insights on new trends to position our product better.
- Keep the marketing and sales informed about each product launch/ features.
- Create and stick to a content calendar in tandem with our marketing plans.
- Collaborate with other teams to create and edit content.
- Ensure that our content is distributed to the right audience across the right platforms.
- Be the voice of brand Exotel on our social platforms.
What we look for?
- Excellent writing skills
- 3-5 years experience as a content marketer (preferably with the responsibilities mentioned above)
- A good understanding of WordPress, SEO, SEM & SMM
- Familiarity with startups, SAAS businesses, inbound marketing and technology
- Experience working with Product team in B2B space is preferred
