Summary

 

GM Analytics Solutions is looking for a driven, dedicated, and experienced SEO specialist to join our Gurgaon-based team of IT professionals to work with our Web and Social Media Team. The candidate will maintain online presence for nephrology practices across the USA, candidate will also use and manage an online customer review software in order to monitor reviews posted to healthcare sites and work with the team to maintain social media aspects of nephrology practice websites to

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Create, execute, measure, and build the online, social presence for member medical practices.
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials
Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
Good knowledge of report website tracking generation.
Good understanding of Hotjar.
Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
Prior experience in content growth and SEO
Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarization of Google analytics
Experience with website optimization tools
Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes
Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
Assist in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
Preparing detailed strategy reports
Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts
Developing link building strategies
Online Reputation Monitoring
Monitoring healthcare physician ratings and review websites
Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
Monitor and respond to online comments and reviews to enhance the patient experience and improve online ratings.
Develops and distributes social media analytics dashboards for practices and key leadership
Stays up to date on social media trends for best practices; Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for the hospital
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent

 

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience managing multiple client campaigns on multiple social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
4+ years of experience in Social Media and Reputation Monitoring especially in the Healthcare industry Healthgrades, RateMDs, Vitals, Yelp
Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Hands-on experience with fine-tuning websites, search engine optimization (SEO), creating social media presence, posting, blogs, monitoring healthcare physician ratings, and review websites
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking method
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Knowledge of content marketing a plus
Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
Must be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management, project management skills
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations will be plus
Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload

Additional Qualifications:
Healthcare experience preferred
Graphic and Web Design Experience
Experience in photography and editing photographs
Experience designing mobile-optimized sites
Experience in video creation and editing
