Developing original content for Woovly – a social content commerce app for beauty, personal care, and fashion products.

Woovly is a platform where influencer content meets eCommerce. With shoppable content from nano and micro-influencers, shoppers can directly buy products on the app  without leaving the ecosystem of the app.

The Creative Team at Woovly is looking for a full-time copywriter to be based out of our Bangalore office. If you have a passion for writing versatile online content including product descriptions, social media copy, short-form video scripts and more, then we would love to hear from you. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
  • Write long-form and short-form content
  • Write attractive content across multiple channels – product descriptions, in app content, social media content, blogs and short-form video scripts
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to brand and style guidelines
  • Using SEO practices to optimize content
  • Interpret creative direction and feedback to produce the required output
  • Work on multiple projects with a short deadline
  • Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders


  • 1-2 years of experience in copywriting or relevant role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
  • Flexibility in writing for multiple channels
  • Basic knowledge of beauty and fashion category
  • Basic knowledge of marketing, social media, and influencer content
  • Basic knowledge of Ecommerce
  • Experience with SEO
  • Good collaborative skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
