We’re fun, We’re 9 years young, We Innovate and We Create. Currently we’re looking at ‘The one’ who can come be a part of our squad, and lead it with the creative energy, zeal and direction. A copy enthusiast, with a deep understanding of design and visuals. You will be someone who can take responsibility for integrated advertising campaigns, strategy and execution. You’ll be someone who is pragmatic and rolls up the sleeves when needed to help teammates, as well as someone who pulls their own weight and leads accounts.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

 

·       Develop creative solutions and innovations that meet clients’ needs

·       Promote a culture of creative quality and accountability and ensure creative deliverables meet both our clients’ expectations and our own standards of excellence

·       Impart social, traditional and outdoor industry expertise and experience to the team

·       Conceive and create solutions that meet client objectives

·       Effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to both clients and our internal team

·       Dynamic, quick-thinking, street smart, with a can-do attitude and a problem solver.

·       Wants to make a mark in the world of Indian advertising

·       A leader who leads from the front. Someone who is able to inspire and motivate the team to come up with brilliant concepts.

·       Fast, pragmatic & can produce work on multiple accounts simultaneously.

·       Develop a team and hire as per company policy when required.

·       Knows how to build, sell, rework an idea as well as takes rejection lightly enough to not take it personally but rightly enough to rework and better the end product.

·       Is up-to-date with the latest trends on social media, can forecast what’s next with precision and build campaigns within the client’s framework.

·       Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly

·       Has a great sense of visual communication and has a way around copy

·       Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize

·       Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects at once

·       Work with the team to scale up the Creative team’s technical and creative performance

·       Confident and positive with clients who can build strong relationships.

.       Passionate about communication | Your partnership with communication, internal and external and ability to inspire ideas and navigate them through to actually getting made is what gets you out of bed in the morning
