What is the job like?

As an Associate-Digital Marketing, you will have the chance to work on high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple verticals and paid media sources for multiple clients. This would be a high ownership role where you will manage both the marketing spend as well as the revenue generation from the client.

You will have the chance to experiment with various growth strategies and work cross-functionally to get your ideas implemented.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and scale performance-based marketing campaigns on Facebook/ Google/ Native
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies which are focused on increasing campaign ROI.
Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools, best practices to consistently improve ROIs.
Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal performance goals.
Traffic and Competitor Analysis regularly & routinely to maintain an edge.

Experience/interest with media buying platforms such as AdWords, Facebook and Native traffic sources/platforms.
Ability to prioritize between tasks and take decisive actions on time
Strong analytical skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
