- Develop product content in the form of decks, audio visuals, case studies, FAQs
- Manage customer testimonials
- Create thought leadership content like white papers, webinars, etc.
- Ensure all the content gets published across web and social media
- Ascertain seamless communication across all mediums of communication
- Build and design program material (e.g. – CXO Connect)
- Manage corporate audio visuals and POV (Point of View) reports
- Maintain web copies of all communication,
- Knowledge of writing white papers and leadership content
