Digital Marketing and SEM expert to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Content Syndication and ABM platforms as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will effectively manage the SEM and Paid Social budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and acquire customers.
Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, this position can be based at TraceLink’s Pune office. The successful candidate will have experience owning and optimizing SEM channels, with knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Marketo. Also have managed account-based marketing, as well. This is a hands-on role that will work closely across Marketing to help generate pipeline and drive company success.
Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google Ad Words, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Content Syndication (Integrate, Demandworks etc.) and Account based marketing (6sense, Demandbase etc).
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, retargeting, and online customer acquisition, Customer Journey,
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports. Analyzing data and insights to improve ROI.
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technical or equivalent
4 years digital marketing experience, including mainly in B2B enterprise software.
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills across all levels – from senior executives to peers.
Strategic thinking and vision, with demonstrable experience targeting and bringing new channels to target audiences that yield successful results.
