We are based in WeWork, Sector 15, Gurugram.
The Junior Copywriter works closely with the senior copywriter/ strategist, internal teams, and external clients. He/She/They will participate in all stages of the creative process to write materials that bring the program strategy to life.
Experience: 1-3 years. Minimum 1 year agency experience mandatory.
Skills: Good english. Creative writing. Social Media.
Joining: Immediate preferred. 30 days if the profile is strong.
The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd.
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism or Mass communication or a related major.
Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in conceptual writing in marketing or advertising, Web, product, brand messaging and promotional copy.
Experience in an agency environment working with marketing, advertising or PR campaigns, including TV, print and social media preferred.
Ability to think strategically and conceptualise creatively.
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
Experience working on new business presentations and preparing creative themes and taglines.
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to own projects, demonstrate good judgment when working with team members and client contacts, and take initiative.
Experience managing day-to-day changes at every level of detail.
Responsibilities And Expectations
Produce written materials in a variety of formats, including web and interactive content, social media and marketing campaigns and calendars.
Ensure written materials are clear, concise and persuasive to help bring the program strategy to life.
Juggle multiple assignments and work in a high-pressure environment
Manage time and establish priorities while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing demands.
Professionally and effectively communicate with clients, peers and producers, demonstrating sound reasoning and judgment skills
Help communicate creative ideas in presentations to clients
Understand the concept behind creative work and how it achieves client and business goals
Stay on top of trends through business/industry monitoring and outside resources (e.g., research bodies, academics, industry gurus)
